Michael Aldo Boccardi has a diverse work experience. Michael Aldo started their career in 2011 as a Special Forces Candidate in the U.S. Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School. Michael Aldo then served as an Airborne Infantryman and Squad Leader in the United States Army from 2013 to 2016. During this time, they were responsible for training and leading personnel, preparing records, and conducting staff development training sessions.
In 2019, Boccardi transitioned to the civilian sector and joined Motus, LLC as a Business Development Representative. Michael Aldo worked in this role for a year, focusing on developing and expanding business opportunities. Michael Aldo then moved on to Cutover, where they held the positions of Global Director, Inside Sales and Business Development Manager. In these roles, they collaborated with other departments to develop sales strategies and monitor company performance. Michael Aldo also played a key role in creating and developing sales teams, methods, and strategies across the UK.
In 2021, Boccardi joined Yotpo as the Director of Business Development. Here, they led a team of Mid Market/Enterprise Sales Development Representatives and Managers. Michael Aldo successfully grew and restructured the Inside Sales Org, establishing a diverse team and implementing a career advancement program. Michael Aldo also achieved objectives related to pipeline generation, campaign orchestration, event planning, and go-to-market strategy.
Currently, Boccardi is working at Panorays as the Global Director of Business and Sales Development, starting in 2023.
Michael Aldo Boccardi's education history includes various educational institutions and fields of study. In 2004 to 2006, they attended Sacred Heart University and obtained an Associate's degree in Political Science and Government. Michael Aldo then pursued a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from San Diego State University from 2006 to 2009. In 2012, they attended the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center and focused on studying Persian Farci/Dari. The following year, in 2013, they completed the US Army Warrior Leader Course, which provided him with military and strategic leadership training.
