Rocco Donatiello

Rocco Donatiello has been in the customer success industry since 2016. Rocco began their career as a Client Success Manager at theEMPLOYEEapp, where they were responsible for onboarding enterprise clients, strategizing with C-Level Communications, Human Resources, and Marketing executives, and supporting client technical teams in configuring integrations. Rocco then moved to Jitjatjo in 2019, where they served as a Senior Client Success Manager. In this role, they were responsible for leveraging A.I. and Empathic Intelligence to resource businesses with the staff they needed. Currently, Rocco is a Customer Success Manager at Panorays.

Rocco Donatiello received their Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management from William Paterson University of New Jersey between 2012 and 2016.
