Heather Primeau has over 28 years of work experience in the food and beverage industry. Heather began their career in 1993 as Quality Manager at Accappella Spring Water. Heather then moved to Saratoga Beverage Group in 1996, where they served as Quality and Sanitation Manager. In 2001, Heather became Quality Director at Ellsworth Ice Cream, where they designed and implemented quality systems and production specifications. From 2007 to 2012, Heather held two roles at F. Cappiello Dairy/BelGioioso Cheese, Plant Manager and Quality Director. Heather then moved to Richardson Brands Company, Inc. in 2012, where they served as Food Safety, R & D, Quality & Sanitation Director. Heather then joined EHRMANN USA, LLC in 2019 as Director Of Quality, USA. Most recently, they were appointed Vice President of Manufacturing & Technical Services at Panos Brands, LLC in 2021.
Heather Primeau has an extensive educational background. Heather obtained a B.S. in Business from the State University of New York in 2003. Prior to that, they attended Hudson Valley Community College from 2000-2002, studying Mathematics. Additionally, they earned an AAS in Laboratory Technology from Orange County Community College in 1991. Heather also holds several certifications, including Internal Auditing from NSF International (2017), Advanced HACCP from HACCP International (2016), Preventative Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) from AIB International, Inc. (2016), SQF Certified Practioner from SQF Institute (2009), SQF Certified Auditor from SQF Institute (2009), and Certified Food Scientist from Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) (2016).
