Following that, Nicholas worked as an Assistant BCP Coordinator Wealth Management at Scotiabank, where they assisted in coordinating the business continuity plan for the G8 and G20 summits in Toronto.

Nicholas then took on the role of Educator & Goal Coach at lululemon athletica, where they developed a social media marketing strategy, attended community events to build brand awareness, and conducted goal coaching sessions for fellow educators. Nicholas also educated customers on the technical properties of Lululemon apparel and was successful in driving sales.

In 2012, Nicholas co-founded Spently and served as the CEO until the company was acquired by Pantastic. In this position, they are focused on building the next generation of e-commerce solutions to help independent brands thrive. Pantastic is acquiring Shopify apps to deliver on their promises and Nicholas is contributing to this effort.

Additionally, Nicholas has been a Partner at Monte & Coe since 2015. Nicholas is involved in building a luxury travel essentials brand that prioritizes making morally responsible fashion decisions. All of their products are handmade in Canada using high-quality materials.
