Tina Chan's work experience begins in 2011 as an Undergraduate Research Assistant and Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Guelph. In 2012, they join Marriott International as a Group Reservations Coordinator for the Toronto Metro Market. Tina then moves on to roles at The Westin Harbour Castle, Toronto, starting in 2014 as a Coordinator for Catering & Events (Contract) and later as a Project Specialist (Contract). In 2016, they work at the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel as an Executive Assistant in the Engineering department. Tina returns to The Westin Harbour Castle, Toronto in 2017 as an Events Manager, where they lead and manages numerous events, achieving impressive revenue and client satisfaction results. Tina'smost recent role, starting in 2021, is at Pantastic as a Brand Success Manager, followed by a promotion to Senior Brand Success Manager for CartHook & UpOrder.
Tina Chan completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Guelph from 2008 to 2012. In addition, they obtained several certifications including Customer Success Management Fundamentals from LinkedIn in March 2021, Sales: Customer Success from LinkedIn in January 2021, Cvent Event Management from Cvent in June 2020, and Cvent Supplier Network from Cvent in May 2020.
