Dhanashri Tikke

Dhanashri Tikke has extensive work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Dhanashri started their career as an Assistant Manager Recruitment at tCognition in 2011 and held this position until 2018. Following this, they joined Capita Pte Ltd as a Consultant, specializing in IT & Software, from 2018 to 2020. In 2021, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Adstify Search, focusing on technology roles. Dhanashri then moved on to Datasearch Consulting in 2022, where they served as a Senior Associate in the Technology & Data department until March 2023.
