Ruchi T has a diverse range of work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Ruchi currently works at Pantheon Inc as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Prior to this, they worked at ErgoTalent Solutions Pvt Ltd as a Senior Consultant, where they were involved in hiring senior management profiles and developing effective hiring strategies. Before that, Ruchi worked at Deloitte as a Sr. Analyst - HR - Recruitment and as an Analyst-HR-Recruitment, where they were responsible for implementing recruitment methodologies and screening candidates. Ruchi also has experience working at 24/7 Customer Private Ltd as an HR Executive, where they coordinated recruiting processes and managed databases. Additionally, they worked at Virtusa India Private Ltd as an HR Staffing Coordinator, where they prepared offer letters and coordinated the employee referral program.

Ruchi T completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on HR from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Business/Commerce, General from RBS College, AGRA (UP) between 1997 and 2000. Earlier, from 1995 to 1997, Ruchi attended Gayatri Inter College to study Business/Commerce, General, and before that, they attended Atomic Energy Central School Hyderabad for a year in 1994.
