Felix Desroches has a diverse and extensive work experience. Felix is currently working as the Head of Design at Panther since June 2023. Prior to this, they were a UX Mentor at 500 Startups since March 2019, where they provided mentorship to LA and OC startups. Felix also mentored the batch 2 cohort for 500 Startups MENA in Saudi Arabia with the Misk Foundation.

Felix has also worked at Domino Data Lab from April 2021 to June 2023. Felix'sroles at Domino Data Lab included Director of Product Design and Principal UX Designer. Before working at Domino Data Lab, Felix was a User Experience Manager at Slalom from August 2019 to April 2021.

Felix has also contributed to the City of Laguna Beach as a Member of the Environmental Sustainability Committee from January 2019 to January 2020. During this time, they collaborated on policies and initiatives to further Laguna Beach's environmental sustainability agenda.

Felix's previous experiences include working as a Director of UX Design and Senior UX Designer at Cloud City Development from August 2018 to July 2019, and as a UX & Product Lead at Serverless Inc. from July 2017 to July 2018.

Felix is also a co-founder and Head of Product at CodeSignal from January 2015 to August 2017, where they created a platform for developers to improve their skills through challenges. Prior to that, they worked as a UX Designer at Premise Data Corporation from June 2014 to January 2015, and as a UX Designer at Google, specifically in the Adwords team, from August 2013 to May 2014.

Felix Desroches began their education journey in 2000 at Awty, where they pursued an International Baccalaureate degree with a bilingual focus in English and Spanish. Felix completed their studies there in 2002. Moving forward, they attended McGill University from 2002 to 2005, majoring in Political Science and Sociology, and earning a Bachelor of Arts degree. To further enhance their academic knowledge, Felix pursued a Master of Arts degree in International Relations at the University of Warwick from 2005 to 2006.
