Tucker Folsom

Tucker Folsom has a diverse range of work experience. In 2014 and 2015, they worked as a Functional Materials Lab Intern at The University of Texas at Austin, where they gained experience in basic inorganic synthesis techniques. From 2015 to 2019, they were an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Texas A&M University, where they developed a novel metallo-chain transfer technique and conducted ligand exchange studies on transition metal carbonyl complexes. In 2016, Tucker served as a Research and Development Intern at Procter & Gamble, followed by a Process Chemistry Internship at Oxea Corporation in 2017. Tucker then joined Caltech in 2019 as a Research Assistant, where they contributed to various research projects. Most recently, Tucker worked at Erisyon, an early-stage startup, from 2021 to 2023 as a Chemist, focusing on developing sample preparation workflows for Single Molecule Protein Sequencing. Presently, Tucker is an Associate Scientist at PanTher Therapeutics, starting in 2023. Overall, their experiences demonstrate a strong background in chemistry research and development.
