Daniel Pelletier's work experience begins in 1996 as a Journalier at Remorques Femco Inc. Daniel then worked at Remorques Action Inc. from 2000 to 2003, where they were a Magasinier and responsible for marketing. From 2004 to 2006, Daniel worked at Électra service d'animation as an Animateur and DJ. Daniel then joined CIHO FM in 2005 and held multiple roles including Animateur, Directeur musical, and Concepteur publicitaire until 2012. From 2009 to 2014, Daniel worked as an Animateur de Congrès et Salons Commerciaux at CONEX événements + Travailleur autonome. In 2012, they joined LASIK MD as a Représentant / Chef d'équipe and later became a Conseiller en relations professionnelles until 2016. Their most recent experience was at Panthera Dental, where they worked as a Coordonnateur Service Client from 2016 to 2017 and then as a Chef d'équipe Service Client from 2017 onwards.

Daniel Pelletier began their education in 2004 at Collège radio télévision de Québec where they obtained an AEC degree in Animation radio/télé, Conception publicitaire, Réalisation. In the same year, they also attended École de Communication orale et diction Marie-Laurence Nadeau and earned an ASP in Communication orale/diction. In 2014, Daniel received training in Consultative Selling Skills from Giovanni Di Girolamo, an instructor at HEC Montréal. In 2015, they participated in a program on Strengths-based Communications at Groupe Sabourin Consult. The following year, they pursued further education in Strategic Sales through the Roger St-Hilaire Sales Course. Most recently, from 2019 to 2020, Daniel completed an AEC in Gestion des ressources humaines/administration du personnel, général at M3i-Supervision.
