Lisa D. Horn

Lisa D. Horn has extensive experience in inventory management and logistics, currently serving as the Senior Director of Inventory, Logistics & Export Operations at Papa Johns since October 2007. In this role, Lisa oversees multiple departments and a team of 15, managing inventory replenishment and export operations to support U.S. distribution centers and international markets. Previous positions held at Papa Johns include Director of Inventory & Logistics and Senior Manager of Supply Chain & Logistics, where Lisa implemented advanced inventory management systems and streamlined procurement processes. Prior to joining Papa Johns, Lisa worked at Ford Motor Company as a Logistics & Inventory Manager and Logistics Engineer, optimizing logistics and inventory control for production parts. Lisa holds a Master of Science in Work and Family Studies and a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Training and Development from Amberton University, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Science from the University of Louisville.
