Puteri Emiliani has a diverse work experience. In 2018, they began their career as an HR Learning and Development Support Staff at Siloam Hospitals Group. In 2019, they moved to PT Hensel Davest Indonesia Tbk. as a Human Resources Development. In 2020, they joined PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia as a Recruitment Consultant. In 2021, they worked as a Recruiter for Traveloka and an International Recruiter for a Fintech Company. Currently, they are a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Paper.id.

Puteri Emiliani has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana, which they obtained from 2012 to 2016.
