Mahendra Adi Wijaya is currently employed as the Human Capital Lead at Paper.id since 2022. Prior to this role, they were the People Culture & Engagement Lead at Eden Farm from 2021. In this role, they worked closely with Founders and C-Levels to develop and establish the organization's culture and values, and created programs and activities to help employees demonstrate these values. Mahendra Adi also implemented talent assessment for all departments in the organization, established Talent Management Design to attract, develop, and retain high quality employee, and assessed employees' learning and development needs. Additionally, they identified business processes in each business unit, strategized and created Key Performance Indicators for numerous departments, and developed, managed and reviewed the organization's general and unique competency.
