Ayianna Bailey, M.Ed., currently serves as an Account Manager for Paper, where responsibilities include fostering relationships with key educational stakeholders and aligning product adoption with customer needs. Prior to this, Ayianna held the position of Director of Emotional Resilience & Critical Consciousness at Teach For America, successfully overseeing a teacher program that achieved an 85% success rate in meeting objectives. Ayianna's diverse experience includes roles such as Regional Wellness Champion, DEI Regional Worktable Member, and Manager of Teacher Leadership Development, where a focus on educator support resulted in 100% teacher retention. Ayianna's earlier roles included positions as an Elementary Educator in the Clark County School District and various internships in the legal and legislative sectors. Ayianna holds a Master's in Early Childhood Education from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and a Bachelor's in Political Science from Florida State University.
