Eva Gyamfi

Eva Gyamfi, MBA, SHRM-SCP, CRHA-CPHR has extensive work experience in various roles related to employee experience, HR transformation, and administration.

Starting in 2012, Eva worked as a Customer Service Team Lead at P solutions before moving on to Crawford & Company, where they served as a Claims & Admin Specialist from 2014 to 2016.

In 2016, Eva joined CIUSSS de l'Ouest-de-l'Île-de-Montréal as a Human Resources Administrative Officer before taking on the role of Founder & COO at Mode Destiné, a position they held from 2016 to 2018.

Eva then transitioned to the Research Institute of the MUHC as an Administrative Assistant to the Director of Paediatric Research in 2017, and later as an Administrative Technician from 2018 to 2019.

From 2019 to 2021, Eva worked as a Human Resources and Administration Manager, and later as a Director of People Operations. In these roles, they focused on managing HR processes and implementing engagement strategies to create a positive employee experience.

Currently, Eva serves as the Director of Employee Experience & Digital HR Transformation at a company where they are responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement, as well as leading HR transformation initiatives.

Throughout their career, Eva has consistently demonstrated their expertise in HR operations, employee engagement, and digital transformation.

Eva Gyamfi holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Global Business from Université Laval. Eva also has a Human Resources Graduate Degree from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, specializing in Human Resources Management. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor's degree with a specialization in Psychology from Concordia University and a DEC in Psychology from Dawson College. Eva Gyamfi further holds various certifications including SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM, a Strategic Workforce Planner certification from the Human Capital Institute, and the CRHA certification from the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés.
