Sushant Parihar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and training within various sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Manager at Paperchase Accountancy (GDC) since April 2022, Sushant leads the Project Management Office and Learning & Development for Soft Skills, focusing on efficient project delivery and fostering continuous improvement. Additionally, Sushant has been a Project Manager and Happiness Program Teacher at the Art Of Living Foundation since March 2015, promoting a stress-free and violence-free society. Previous roles include Senior Soft Skills Trainer and Communication Skills Trainer, contributing significantly to the development of engineering and MBA students at various institutions. Sushant holds a BSC in Hotel Administration Catering Technology from the Institute of Hotel Management, Bhopal.
