Katherine Davis

Katherine Davis has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the retail industry. Katherine most recently held the position of Chief Retail & People Director at Paperchase Products Ltd, starting in May 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Retail Director - UK & International at the same company from June 2019 to May 2021. Before joining Paperchase Products Ltd, Katherine worked at Westmorland as the Chief Operating Officer from June 2018 to March 2019, and as the Director of Operations from February 2018 to June 2018. Katherine also held positions at Pets at Home, where they were Head of Operations from March 2016 to January 2018, Regional Director (North) from February 2014 to February 2016, and Area Manager from April 2013 to February 2014. Prior to that, they worked at Asda Stores Ltd as a General Manager from January 2010 to January 2013. Katherine also has experience at George at Asda, where they served as the Head of George Retail - North Division from June 2007 to January 2010, and as a Senior Manager - Retail Operations from June 2005 to June 2007. Katherine began their career at Marks and Spencer, holding various store management roles from June 1987 to June 2002, and later serving as a Divisional Sales Developer from June 2002 to June 2005.
