Senior People Partner at Papercup

Simon Robins has worked in a variety of roles since 2002. Simon's first job was as a Customer Services Officer at Lloyds TSB, followed by an Administration Assistant at Cornwall Council. In 2006, they became a Campaign Manager at Radio Taxis Group. From 2009 to 2015, they worked at Bradfield Group as an HR & Office Manager and Events/Office Manager. From 2015 to 2017, they were an HR Manager at Caxton Bell. Since 2017, they have been the Head of People & Culture and People & Culture Manager at makepositive, and they are currently a Senior People Partner at Papercup. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for resolving employee relations issues, providing HR policy guidance, managing performance and salary reviews, and overseeing the visa process.

Simon Robins completed a Level 3 qualification in Human Resources from CIPD Qualifications in 2018-2019.
