Quentin Pélabon

Quentin Pélabon is currently the COO at papernest. Quentin has previously worked as the Responsable partenariats at IZI by EDF from January 2017 to May 2017. There, they were in charge of negotiating and referencing offers with specialized players such as Darty and Bricorama. Quentin also prospected and gained new clients like groupe Sogal and Darty cuisine. In addition, they set up operational procedures for new clients and trained and animated sales forces for partner companies.

Before that, from November 2012 to December 2016, Pélabon worked as the Directeur de Comptes at Webhelp. In this role, they negotiated and managed accounts for Retail companies (Chronopost, easyJet, Korian, Adeo) & BtoB (Kerudys, Edenred, SFD...) on commercial missions such as Inside Sales, TLV sortante, PRDV et Customer Care. Quentin also defined budgets and KPIs for financial purposes, managed production supervisors on Inshore, Nearshore or Offshore sites, and identified and implemented levers for improving operational KPIs (SPH, NPS, Satcli, QoS, DMT...). Furthermore, they piloted the operational roadmap including volume, staffing, turn-over, absenteeism, and occupation. Lastly, they accompanied and advised clients in the outsourcing of their sales force and animated commercial teams by defining payplans and commercial challenges.

Quentin Pélabon has a Master's in Innovation & Entrepreneurship from ESCP Business School, a Master's in Business and Management from ESSCA Ecole de management, and a degree in Marketing from Heriot-Watt University. Quentin also attended Lycée St Louis de Gonzague and Passy Buzenval.

A direct report to Quentin Pélabon is and Marc Mila - Country Manager, Spain. Quentin Pélabon reports to PhiIippe de Ia Chevasnerie, Co-Founder & CEO.
