From 2016 to 2022, Timo was a Consultant/Strategist for Innovation, Marketing, and Digital Transformation, providing services such as design thinking, customer journey analysis, and website conception for advertising agencies and midsize/industrial clients. Timo also served as the Head of Marketing & Communications at Swagelok, focusing on digitizing the brand and developing content marketing strategies. Timo was a Senior Consultant/Strategist for Marketing & Communications at both BBN - The World's B2B Agency and wob AG, managing large B2B accounts and implementing integrated strategies. Following this, from 2015 to 2018, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Business Psychology at FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management. Recently, between 2020 and 2022, Timo Spatz attended Stanford University Graduate School of Business to complete the Stanford Innovation and Entrepreneurship (SI&E) Program Graduate.
