Eddy Verstraete

Eddy Verstraete has extensive experience in e-business and e-commerce, currently serving as the e-Business Manager Benelux and previously as the e-Commerce / CRM Manager BeNeLux at Papyrus since 2014. With a career at Papyrus spanning over three decades, including roles as a business member of the European team and ICT management support, Eddy has been instrumental in developing multi-channel internet business platforms and managing complex web applications. Eddy’s educational background includes a Master's Degree from Ghent University and participation in various development programs, with a strong focus on integrating traditional and digital business strategies to navigate digital disruptions and enhance customer engagement.
