Danielle Voigt

Danielle Voigt, SHRM-SCP, has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Danielle is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Par Pacific Holdings, Inc. In their previous role as Director of Human Resources at Y. Hata & Co., Ltd., they led the HR department. Prior to that, Voigt served as a Human Resource Business Partner at Par Hawaii, Inc. and as a Human Resources Manager at Bloomingdale's.

Earlier in their career, Voigt held leadership positions such as Director of Human Resources at Waldorf Astoria Chicago, Director of Human Resources at WaterColor Inn & Resort, and Director of Human Resources at The Inn at Perry Cabin. Danielle also served as an Assistant Director of Human Resources at Four Seasons Resorts Lana'i and Four Seasons Hotel Doha.

Additionally, Voigt has experience as a Recruitment Manager, Benefits Manager, Assistant Reservations Manager, and Assistant Front Office Manager at Four Seasons Resort & Club, Dallas. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in recruitment, employee relations, training, and policy development.

Danielle Voigt, SHRM-SCP, completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management at the University of Houston from 1996 to 2000. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December 2010. In December 2015, they also earned the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation from the Society for Human Resource Management. Most recently, in June 2021, Danielle obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.
