Jeff Hollis

Jeff Hollis has served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary since January 2022 and as Associate General Counsel and Secretary since June 2015. Prior to joining Par Pacific, Mr. Hollis served as a Senior Counsel at Air Liquide. Previously, he served as an associate at the law firm of Baker Botts. Mr. Hollis holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from University of California Los Angeles and a juris doctorate from Vanderbilt University Law School.
