Elizabeth Padilla-Rodriguez possesses extensive experience in environmental education and project management. Currently serving as Gerente Ciencias Educación y Voluntarios at Para la Naturaleza since November 2017, Elizabeth designs, leads, and coordinates educational and special projects, overseeing multidisciplinary teams. Previous roles include Professor of Coastal Resources at Universidad de Puerto Rico Recinto de Humacao and Regional Superintendent at Para La Naturaleza, where Elizabeth managed educational projects and conservation efforts. Additionally, Elizabeth held several positions at Fideicomiso de Conservacion, starting as Assistant Superintendent and later becoming Superintendent, focusing on protected natural areas and environmental education initiatives. Elizabeth holds a doctoral candidacy in Sustainable Development from Universidad Ana G. Méndez and a master's degree in Environmental Education from UAGM, complemented by a bachelor's degree in Natural Sciences with a concentration in Coastal Marine Biology from Universidad de Puerto Rico.
