Lindsay Motlin

Vice President Operations at Parachute Health

Lindsay Motlin has a diverse work experience that spans across multiple companies. Lindsay started their career as an intern at General Motors in 2006. Lindsay then joined Accenture in 2008 as an Analyst and later became a Consultant, specializing in Oracle Analytics with a focus on the health and public service sector.

In 2016, Lindsay moved to UBS where they held roles as an Associate Director and later as a Director in the Project Management & Consulting (PMC) group. In this role, they managed various projects including the delivery of a new client website, prepared UBS Bank USA for its accession to a Global Master Service Agreement, and implemented a data cleanup and governance initiative. Lindsay also contributed to developing training programs, rewards & recognition offerings, and founded a diversity & inclusion interest group.

Since 2018, Lindsay has been working at Parachute Health. Lindsay started as the Director of Clinical Intelligence & Compliance, where they managed a team responsible for translating complex Medicare coverage requirements into a qualification rules engine. Lindsay then progressed to the role of Senior Director of Merchandising & Compliance, overseeing the creation of Parachute's catalog of products and services and ensuring readiness for the expanding customer base. Currently, Lindsay serves as the Vice President of Merchandising & Compliance, leading the growth and scaling of the digital merchandising and clinical documentation offerings at Parachute. Lindsay also acts as a liaison to Chief Compliance Officers of the company's enterprise clients.

Lindsay Motlin attended the University of Pennsylvania from 2004 to 2008, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science & Engineering.
