Liz Duffié

Liz Duffié is the Vice President of People & Culture at Parachute Home. Liz has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources and has held positions at The Bouqs Company, Kin Community, Barry Callebaut, Marketing Werks, and Ruth's Chris Steak House. Liz has a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Liz Duffié has a B.A. in Communications & French from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and is a Certified PLA Graduate in the People Leader Accelerator field.

They work with Mehdi Ait Oufkir - COO, Esther Seo Nordlinge - SVP, Strategic Partnerships and New Markets, and Meredith Lamont - SVP, Merchandising. Liz Duffié reports to Ariel Kaye, CEO & Founder.
