Roger Orner

Roger Orner is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management and construction consulting. Currently serving as an Associate at Paraclete Mission Group since September 2018, Roger focuses on supporting global workers through direct engagement and ministry. Prior to this role, Roger held the position of President at RJ Cost Management Consultants LLC from September 2009 to September 2018, where assistance was provided to construction and manufacturing firms in managing change orders and negotiations. Roger's previous roles include Subcontracts Manager at CB & I, VP of Contract Management and Administration at Commercial Metals Company, and V.P. of Operations at SMI-Owen Steel Company. With over 25 years of experience, Roger also has a long tenure at CB&I as a Product Manager. Roger holds a diploma in Cross-Cultural Studies from Moody Bible Institute and a Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
