Lisa Cathro

Lisa Cathro is an accomplished professional in project delivery and development within the housing sector. Currently serving as the Head of Project Delivery at Paradigm Housing Group since June 2023, Lisa has previously held significant roles including Director of Development at Watford Community Housing from February 2019 to May 2023 and Development Manager at Watford Community Housing Trust from August 2014 to February 2019. Earlier in the career, positions included Project Manager for acquisitions at One Housing Group and New Business Manager - Consultant at Network Housing Group.
