Andrew Beard

Andrew Beard is an experienced product manager currently working at Paradigm since May 2022, following the acquisition of Deep Lens, where Andrew held the same title from May 2019 until January 2023. At Deep Lens, Andrew contributed to enhancing clinical trial patient recruitment through innovative technology solutions. Prior to this, Andrew worked at Cardinal Health from August 2014 to May 2019, progressing from a Software Development Manager to a Consultant in Product Systems Analysis, strengthening product management practices and agile software development. Earlier in Andrew's career, service was provided to the Ohio Air National Guard as a Staff Sergeant and Aircraft Crew Chief, where aerospace maintenance expertise was developed. Andrew also has experience in IT Emerging Technology with The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
