Alex Popescu

Alex Popescu is Chief Compliance Officer at Paradigm. Prior to Paradigm, Alex served for fourteen years in a variety of legal and compliance roles at Fortress Investment Group, a global investment manager offering credit, real estate, private equity, and permanent capital vehicle strategies. Most recently, Alex was the Director of Compliance for Fortress’s Credit and Real Estate business. Prior to that, he was the Director of Compliance for Fortress’s Private Equity business. He began his career as Regulatory Counsel, supporting all of Fortress's business lines on regulatory matters. Alex holds a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and B.A. from Columbia University.
