Angie Bagwell

Angie Bagwell has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Angie currently holds the position of Data Analysis Manager at Paradigm Outcomes since April 2018. Prior to that, from November 2014 to April 2018, they worked as a Sr Application Analyst at Alameda Health System.

Before that, they served as a Systems Analyst at Siemens Healthcare from June 2011 to October 2014, where they worked on implementations of Soarian Financials, focusing on Revenue Management and Reporting functions.

From June 2010 to June 2011, Angie was a Reserve Agent at Farmers Insurance.

At CS STARS, they held multiple roles including Business Analyst/Assoc Product Manager from August 2005 to April 2008, and later as a Client Service Manager from April 2008 to May 2010. Angie managed a team of analysts supporting a major client and was involved in general application support, project management, and implementations of PPO routing.

From April 2003 to July 2005, they were the Business Office Manager at NorthStar Surgical Center, where they managed non-clinical areas including scheduling, preadmit, registration, billing, collections, and medical records.

Lastly, Angie worked at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center from November 1995 to April 2003, where they started as an Assistant Director Billing & Collections and was later promoted. Their responsibilities included managing the business office staff, contract management, audits, and policy and procedure development.

Throughout their career, Angie Bagwell consistently met or exceeded revenue management benchmarks and demonstrated expertise in data analysis, application support, project management, and team leadership.

Angie Bagwell began their education in 1984 at Amarillo College. Angie attended Amarillo College from 1984 to 1986, although it is unknown whether they obtained a degree or pursued any specific field of study during this time.

In 1986, Angie Bagwell transferred to West Texas A&M University where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Angie studied Management, Marketing, and Computer Information Systems (CIS) during their time at West Texas A&M University, completing their degree in 1988.
