Jennifer Doyle-Fidler has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Jennifer started their career as a Staff Nurse at Scottsdale Healthcare, where they worked from 2003 to 2006. Jennifer then worked as a Case Manager at Coventry Health Care, which was later acquired by Aetna. Jennifer was promoted to Clinical Operations Manager at Aetna and held this role from 2008 to 2014. During their time at Aetna, they also worked as a Clinical Supervisor at Allergy Associates & lab, ltd from 2007 to 2014. In 2014, Jennifer joined Phoenix Children's Hospital as a Critical Care RN and stayed there until 2015. Jennifer then moved to OrthoArizona, where they served as the Director of Case Management from 2015 to 2016 and Director of Quality from 2016 to 2018. Currently, they are working as the Director of Clinical Product Solutions at Paradigm, where they have been since 2018. Throughout their career, Jennifer has gained experience in clinical operations, quality management, case management, and nursing.

Jennifer Doyle-Fidler has a strong educational background in nursing and clinical systems leadership. Jennifer obtained a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree with a focus on Clinical Systems Leadership from the University of Arizona, where they studied from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from the University of Phoenix, attending from 2009 to 2013.

In addition to their academic achievements, Jennifer has also obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. Jennifer became a Certified Orthopaedic Nurse (ONC) through the Orthopaedic Nurses Certification Board (ONCB) in May 2022. Jennifer obtained Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the Management & Strategy Institute in January 2021.

Jennifer is an active member of professional organizations related to their field. Jennifer joined the National Association of Orthopaedic Nurses (NAON) in May 2019 and became a member of the American Alliance of Orthopaedic Executives (AAOE) in January 2017.

Jennifer has also gained expertise in emergency response and teaching. Jennifer became an Emergency First Response (CPR & First Aid) Instructor through PADI in 2019.
