Melissa McDonald

Melissa McDonald has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Their most recent role is as the Director of Workforce Development at Paradigm, where they have been since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Catastropic Services at the same company from February 2020 to September 2021.

Before their time at Paradigm, Melissa worked as a Nurse Consultant at Auto-Owners Insurance from February 2017 to January 2020. In this role, they collaborated with claim associates to provide expertise in injury claims, evaluated medical records, and assisted in the development of medical cost projections.

Melissa's work experience dates back to their early career as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Four Seasons Nursing Home from December 1991 to June 1993. In this role, they provided hands-on care to elderly patients under the supervision of a Licensed Practical Nurse.

Melissa McDonald completed their Associate's degree in Nursing from Lansing Community College between 1995 and 1997. Melissa then pursued their Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from the University of Phoenix, which they completed between 2011 and 2012.
