Xavier Carignan

Manager, Customer Success at Paradocs Mountain Software

Xavier Carignan has a diverse work experience. Xavier started their career in 2010 as a Moniteur and Responsable de programme at Centre de ski Le Relais, where they provided a safe learning environment for clients and coordinated a competition introduction program. Xavier then joined the Gouvernement du Québec – Carrières in 2015 as an Étudiant en Administration, where they were responsible for project follow-ups and the implementation of tracking systems. In 2014, Xavier worked as a Professional Ski Instructor at Perisher Blue Pty Ltd, teaching skiing to clients of all levels and receiving recognition for their excellent customer feedback. Xavier also worked at Centre de ski Le Relais from 2016 to 2020, first as a Responsable de projet marketing et communications, coordinating communication plans and managing promotional tools, and later as a Coordonnateur École de glisse, overseeing department operations and sales support. In 2020, they became a Manager, Customer Success at Paradocs Mountain Software and is currently working as a Team Lead, Customer Success at accesso.

Xavier Carignan began their education at Collège Saint-Charles Garnier from 2007 to 2012, where they obtained their Diplome d'étude secondaire (DES). Xavier then pursued further studies at Cégep de Sainte-Foy from 2012 to 2014, earning their Diplome d'étude collégiale (DEC) in Sciences naturelles. Xavier went on to attend Université Laval from 2014 to 2017, where they obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA with a focus on Marketing et Management.
