Autumn Smith began their work experience in 2016 as a participant in the Mentorship Assistance Program (MAP) at the University of California, San Diego. From 2020 to 2022, they worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and as a Data Science Intern at Knowli Data Science. At Knowli, they produced data visualizations using Tableau and collaborated with a group that worked closely with the Florida Governor's office. In 2021, Autumn served as an Undergraduate Researcher at the Wellesley College Computer Science Department, where they adapted the K-Means algorithm for clustering purposes. Autumn also worked as a Statistics Tutor at Wellesley College, tutoring students in an introductory statistics course and communicating with professors and graders to ensure students' success. Starting in 2022, Autumn joined Paradox as a Data Analyst.
Autumn Smith attended Wellesley College from 2018 to 2022, where they pursued a degree in Data Science with a concentration in Physics. In September 2019, they also obtained a certification in CPR & AED from the American Red Cross.
