Nhut Le has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Nhut started their career as an intern at FPT Software, where they contributed to the development of an employee management desktop application. Later, they interned at Global CyberSoft JSC, where they worked on a project management tool as a full stack developer. Nhut then joined MagRabbit Inc as a Full Stack Developer, participating in the development of a web application for a supermarket in Texas. Nhut subsequently worked at AgilityIO as a Web Developer, gaining experience in front-end and back-end roles for various projects. Nhut continued their career at Xentral Methods SDN. BHD. as a Full Stack Developer, working on in-house projects and closely collaborating with the team lead and CTO. Nhut then joined Baolau, where they served as a Full Stack Developer and later as a Technical Operations Lead. In these roles, they led an international team, managed daily booking problems, handled technical tasks for different modes of transportation, and developed modules to streamline operations. Currently, Nhut is employed at Paradox as a Software Engineer, and they have recently been promoted to the role of Software Technical Lead.

Nhut Le completed their high school education from Sao Nam - Duy Xuyen between 2005 and 2008. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Da Nang University of Technology from 2008 to 2013.
