Lars Minkkinen has a significant amount of work experience in the gaming industry, primarily in quality assurance and compliance roles. Lars started their career at Amazon.co.uk as a Media Merchandiser in 2005 and then worked briefly at Northrop Grumman as an Admin Assistant in 2006. This role involved collaborating with designers, engineers, and production planning teams. Currently, Lars is a Compliance Designer at Paradox Interactive, a role they started in 2019. In this position, they oversee the compliance process, identifies common requirements across titles, and ensures adherence to platform-specific regulations.

Lars Minkkinen's education history began in 1993 when they attended Sherman Oaks Center for Enriched Studies (SOCES) for a year. Lars then moved to Saudia SAIS in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia from 1994 to 1997, where the degree name and field of study are unknown.
