Sebastian Forsström has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Marketing Executive Intern at Electrolux in 2011. Sebastian then joined Insikt Kommunikation in 2012 as a Project Manager, where they worked on various communication projects. In 2017, Forsström transitioned to Paradox Interactive as a Product Marketing Manager, leading a team in launching games to market. Sebastian progressed to become the Head of Product Marketing for the Management Games segment, overseeing the marketing perspective and strategic fit of new games in Paradox Interactive's portfolio. In 2021, Forsström became an Executive Producer and played a vital role in the reorganization of Paradox Interactive's portfolio and greenlight process. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Paradox Arc, a new publishing sublabel of Paradox Interactive, where they identify and promotes games created by smaller studios that align with the company's vision and goals.
