Scott Way

Scott Way is an accomplished General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer with a strong background in high-growth startup companies. They served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Compliance Officer at LDR Holding Corporation, where they built and managed a global legal and compliance department and spearheaded a successful IPO and subsequent sale. Their earlier experience includes positions at DJO Surgical and US Concrete, as well as roles in mergers and acquisitions at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison and Skadden Arps. Currently, Scott is the General Counsel at Paradromics Inc. and has also worked as a legal advisor at Impulse Dynamics. Scott holds a J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law and a degree in Political Science, Philosophy, and Japanese from Kenyon College.
