Eric CARIOU

Eric Cariou has a diverse range of work experience in various industries and roles. Eric is currently working at Paragon ID as an Entrepreneur, Advisor, and Business developer, where they are responsible for transforming ideas into solutions and providing consulting services. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director, Associate, and Co-founder of UWINLOC from 2015 to 2022. Eric also worked at Davidson consulting as a Managing Director, Associate, and Co-founder from 2011 to 2015. Before that, they served as the Head of Telecom, Space & Multimedia Division at AUSY Luxembourg PSF, a Randstad company from 2003 to 2011. Eric has also founded and managed INFORMA Plc as the Managing Director and Founder, where they focused on Telecom & IoT-Technology and Market Strategic Research. Eric started their career as a Technology & Market Analyst at BPA (Technology & Management) Ltd and then worked as an R&D Engineer at University of Surrey/Philips. Eric had military service in the French Navy and began their professional career as a Process Engineer at EM Microelectronic-Switzerland.

- In 2002, they studied at Beijing Language and Culture University and obtained a Professional degree in Business & Language.

- From 1993 to 1994, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Physics & Electronics at the University of Surrey.

- In 1991 and 1992, they attended the University of Central Lancashire, where they completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Electronics.

- Between 1988 and 1990, they studied at Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III and graduated with a Diplôme Universitaire de Technologie (DUT) in Mesures Physiques.

- In 1987 and 1988, they completed their secondary education at Lycee Polyvalent Borde Basse, obtaining a Baccalauréat C degree with a focus on Mathematics and Physics.
