Jennifer Leonhardt

Jennifer Leonhardt serves as the Director of Operations at Paragon Insurance Holdings since March 2021, focusing on Paragon Specialty Property. Prior to this role, Jennifer accumulated extensive experience at Nationwide Insurance, starting in February 1997 and concluding in March 2021. During this tenure, Jennifer held various positions including Supervisor IV, where responsibilities included overseeing a large Brokerage Property support team, as well as roles as Senior Assistant, Insurance Rater, and in the file center.
