Emirjona Cake, Ph.D, has worked as an Adjunct Professor at the University at Albany, SUNY, as an Independent Consultant, and as a Program Analyst at the NYS Division of Homeland Security & Emergency Services. Emirjona also served as a Program Director at IDGA, a Program Coordinator at UNESCO, and as the Head of Geopolitical Research at Epsilon Acquisition Services. Currently, Cake works as Vice President of Outreach and Leadership Analysis at Paragon Intel.

Emirjona Cake, Ph.D has an impressive educational background. Emirjona earned their Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from St. John's University in 2012, followed by a Master's degree from the same institution. In 2014, they completed their Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs from St. John's University Rome Campus Graduate Programs. Later, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in International Relations and Affairs from the American Graduate School in Paris, which they earned in 2019. Emirjona also holds several certifications, including International Law from St. John's University, Counter Terrorism Training from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and IED Awareness Training from the New York State Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services. Additionally, they have completed Incident Command Systems (ICS 100) from FEMA, Instructor Development Workshop from LSU Continuing Education, and National Incident Management Systems (NIMS) from FEMA.
