Trista Engel is the CEO of Paragon Legal, a legal services firm, and also a Member at Chief, a private network for women leaders. Trista is the Co-founder & Principal at Calyx Capital Partners, an investment firm, and has previous experience at Bain & Company as a Case Team Leader. Trista also worked as an Associate at The Dilenschneider Group and as a Fixed Income Analyst at Credit Suisse. Trista holds an MBA in Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Economics and History from Yale University.
