Kellie Landry

Kellie Landry has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Currently, they are employed as the Human Resources Director at Paragon Payroll, Inc. since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Business Partner at Milliman from November 2019 until November 2021.

From October 2014 to June 2019, Kellie served as the Human Resources Director at Valant. Kellie was responsible for building, developing, implementing, and managing the HR department. Kellie collaborated with senior leadership in developing company and department goals, objectives, and procedures, as well as HR initiatives. In addition, they handled recruitment and onboarding for the entire company, overseeing its growth from 45 to 97 full-time employees.

Before joining Valant, Kellie worked as an HR Manager at Sinclair Broadcast Group from August 2013 to October 2014. Kellie gained experience in benefits and HRIS specialist roles at Fisher Communications from July 2012 to August 2013 and from an unspecified start date in 2008 to 2012, respectively.
