Thomas Brooks has extensive experience in both real estate and culinary management. Since April 2013, Thomas has worked as a Real Estate Agent at Paragon Properties, focusing on accommodating buyers and sellers in finding their ideal homes and investment opportunities. Prior to this, Thomas served as the Culinary Arts & Beverage Director at Essex Resort & Spa from June 2010 to June 2012, where responsibilities included managing multiple dining outlets, a banquet department, a bakery, and a cooking academy. Thomas holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts & Hospitality Management from The Culinary Institute of America, which was obtained between 1981 and 1987.
