Jay Cash

Jay Cash is a seasoned risk control consultant with extensive experience in property risk management and natural hazard analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Paragon Risk Engineering since August 2014, Jay specializes in Property Risk Control surveys, COPE reports, and natural hazard exposure analysis for clients of Global Consulting Inc. Previous roles include Senior Risk Control Consultant at Mesirow Financial, where account management and natural hazard analyses were key responsibilities, and additional consultancy positions at Global Risk Consultants and Paragon Risk Engineering. Jay has a long history at Aon Corporation as a Senior Risk Control Consultant, where extensive work in marketing, underwriting reports, and request for proposal guidelines was conducted. Early career experiences included specialized roles focused on fire protection and loss prevention with organizations such as EG&G Technical Services, The Southland Corporation, CIGNA Loss Control Services, and Allstate Insurance Company. Jay holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering Technology from Texas Tech University.
