Ashley Reed has a strong background in human resources and talent management. Ashley is currently the Director of Human Resources at Paragon Tempered Glass, LLC, where they are responsible for developing and leading HR practices and objectives. Prior to this, Ashley worked at Therma-Tru Doors as a Talent Manager and Human Resources Manager, where they led various talent programs and integrated culture enhancements to promote organizational excellence. Ashley also has experience as a Human Resources Manager at B & B Molded Products and as an Adjunct Instructor at Trine University, where they taught courses in Human Resource Management and other business subjects. Ashley began their career as a Human Resource Generalist at Family Dollar Distribution Center and has also held roles at WorkOne Northeast, WorkOne Center, and Pro Resources Staffing Services.
