Phil Charles is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in research and trading. Currently serving as a Research Analyst at Parallax Volatility Advisers, LP since May 2021, Phil previously held positions including Valuation Associate at Carta, Options Trader at GoldenStone Investments, and Equity Derivatives Trader at Spot Trading LLC. Additional experience includes consulting at FactSet and an internship as a HOLT Investment Strategy Summer Analyst at Credit Suisse. Phil began their career as an Equity Research Analyst at Knall-Cohen Investment Fund. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Entrepreneurship & Corporate Innovation from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, earned in 2015.
