Job description

The Human Resources Business Partner provides exemplary internal customer service and execution of Human Resources functions and processes by applicable laws, plan provisions, and company guidelines. The candidate should have a high level of energy, be self-motivating and proactive, who can work both independently and collaboratively, and thrive in a fast-paced, diverse, and creative environment. 

What you'll do:

  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires in the US, including presentation of benefits, policies, and culture, along with administration of enrollment forms.
  • Support immigration process efforts, including but not limited to administration, coordination of attorney employee calls, collection of support documentation, and maintaining files to comply with USICS standards.
  • Provide strategic business partnerships and coaching to people managers to positively impact the motivation, development, and retention of talent.
  • Proactively utilize people trends to develop, implement, and manage projects and programs.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees when navigating challenging personal or professional issues that impact their work experience.
  • Actively identify gaps and identify impactful people strategies that enable the organization to perform effectively, and scale efficiently as it grows.
  • Collaborate with the global HR team to build and implement cross-functional HR programs and initiatives.
  • Positively collaborate across peer groups - specifically, individuals within Recruiting, Culture, and Learning & Development, to optimize the acquisition, integration, and development of Parallel Wireless talent and achieve company goals.

What you must have:

  • 10 years of Human Resources Administration
  • Experience partnering with leaders to successfully build and execute a talent strategy.
  • Ability to adapt to frequent change and growth.
  • Ability to exercise sound and efficient judgment when managing complex decisions.
  • Ability to work with a very high level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Effective communication skills and serve as a natural relationship builder who can collaborate with and influence a variety of work styles and personalities.
  • Manage HR compliances and regulations.
  • Strategic management, Employee and Labor Relations, Policy information
  • Experience working in a global high-growth technology company is preferred but not required.
