Quan Nguyen

Quan Nguyen has been working in the tech industry since 2011. Quan started as an Automation Engineer at Intel Corporation and then moved on to become a Data Science Research Intern at HPE Data Science Institute in 2021. Currently, they are a Software Engineer and Systems and Data Science Intern at Parallel Works.

Quan Nguyen has a diverse education history. In 2007, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from International University - VNU HCMC. From 2017 to 2019, they attended Houston Community College, earning an Associate of Science. Quan then went on to the University of Houston, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science in 2020. Currently, they are pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, which they are expected to complete in 2024. In addition to their formal education, Nguyen has also obtained several certifications, including a Tensorflow Developer Specialization from Coursera in 2020, a Deep Learning Specialization from Coursera in 2020, and an Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2022.
